Karen Bohler
Karen Bohler, Certified Real Estate Instructor started in the training and teaching profession in 1985 while working for H. Ross Perot in Dallas Texas. While with Ross Perot, Karen ghost-wrote speech presentations for Ross and his executives, and worked with the executives to train them in the art of quality presentation. Since the days of H. Ross Perot, Inc., Karen has logged over 10,000 hours teaching the real estate licensing course. Karen Bohler's teaching philosophy is that consistency should be first and foremost when it comes to instruction. For this reason, Karen teaches the entire course. The Arizona Living School of Real Estate does not use guest instructors or guest speakers.
Real Estate Experience
Karen's real estate sales career began in 1992 in Utah where she was a top-producing real estate salesperson. In 1996, Karen moved her family to Lake Havasu City; and in 2001, and obtained her Arizona real estate salesperson's license. Karen became an active Arizona real estate broker in May of 2005. In 2012, Karen earned her Law Degree from The Bernard E. Witkin School of Law in Santa Ana California; and has used her education to write and publish real estate educational material that is used in real estate schools throughout Arizona, California, West Virginia, and Nevada. Karen is a mentor and adviser to new agents in Lake Havasu City, as well as a well-respected trainer and sought-after public speaker. In addition, Karen participates in the Lake Havasu City Association of REALTORS®. In July of 2015, Karen was appointed by Governor Doug Ducey to the Arizona Department of Real Estate Advisory Board, and will serve on that board until 2021.
